We run the event so you can attend it

ZS Corporate Event Planner Inc was founded in 2014 by Zhandos Shaimardanov after a decade producing conferences and executive programs in-house. We work the way internal teams wish agencies would: one senior planner owns your account, pricing is published, and every vendor cost passes through at cost with your approval.

Our crew handles venue sourcing, production design, AV, catering, speakers, staffing and the run-of-show. On event day we are the first team in and the last out, and you get a written debrief with attendance, spend and feedback within five business days.

How we work

   Brief

   A 45-minute call to define goals, guest profile, date window and budget.

2. 2

   Proposal

   Concept, timeline and a fixed service fee with itemised vendor estimates.

3. 3

   Production

   Weekly check-ins, vendor contracting, and a full run-of-show two weeks out.

4. 4

   Delivery & debrief

   On-site crew, live issue management, and a written post-event report.
